Welcome to Spicy Friends! We are a community dedicated to celebrating open-mindedness, connection, and consent. To ensure a positive experience for all users, we have established the following Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). By using Spicy Friends, you agree to abide by this policy.

Community Respect

Consent is Key: All interactions must be consensual. Always obtain clear, enthusiastic consent before engaging in any activity or conversation.
Respect Boundaries: Be mindful of others’ boundaries and personal preferences. Never pressure or coerce someone into interactions.

Content Guidelines

Appropriate Content: Only post content that is suitable for our community.
No Hate Speech: Spicy Friends does not tolerate hate speech, including but not limited to racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or any form of discrimination.
Privacy Matters: Do not share personal information or images of others without their explicit consent. This includes photos, names, locations, and any identifiable information.

Prohibited Content

Advertise: offer for sale, or sell any of the following items:
- Any firearms, explosives, or weapons.
- Any items that are hateful or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, that contain child pornography, or are harmful to minors.
- Any controlled substances or pharmaceuticals.
- Any counterfeit or stolen items.
- Any goods or services that do not, in fact, exist.
- Any registered or unregistered securities.
- Any items that violate or infringe the rights of other parties.
- Any items that you do not have the legal right to sell.

User Conduct

Be Kind: Treat all members with kindness and respect. Constructive criticism is welcome, but bullying or harassment will lead to immediate action.
No Spamming: Refrain from posting unsolicited advertisements, promotions, or spam content. This includes repetitive messages or excessive self-promotion.
No Criminal Accusations: Refrain from making criminal accusations against another member in a public forum.
No Underage Content: Never upload a picture, video, or audio that contains anyone under 18 years of age.
No Promotion of Sexual Acts With a Minor: Never upload, post, email, otherwise transmit, or post links to any Content that promotes having any type of sexual relationship with a minor.
No Reusing Members Content: Never take anything any other person has uploaded, posted, or emailed to you, on Spicy Friends and re-post such content anywhere outside of Spicy Friends without the expressed written permission of the person who uploaded, posted or emailed you.
No Personally Identifing Information: Never post, directly or indirectly, any personally identifying information about another member without their consent. Personally identifying information can include, but is not limited to, a person's full name, first name, last name, email address, profession, phone number, address and place of work.
No Illegal Content: If the content is Illegal, it is not welcome on Spicy Friends. Do not post, upload or provide links to this information on Spicy Friends.

Account Security

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account.
Reporting Issues: If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately. We encourage users to report any suspicious activities or violations of this AUP.

Age Restrictions

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and participate in Spicy Friends. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Moderation and Enforcement

Monitoring Content: Spicy Friends reserves the right to monitor user-generated content to ensure compliance with this AUP.
Breach of Policy: Violations of this policy may result in account suspension or termination, depending on the severity of the violation.

Dispute Resolution

Conflict Resolution: In the event of a dispute between members, we encourage open communication and mediation. If necessary, our team can intervene to help resolve issues.
