We’ll be serving up BBQ Dinner at 6pm with Menu Items to be decided, along with tasty sides. BBQ will be provided by Joe Remigio and Annee.
We’ll provide mixers, water, soda, snacks, and ice.
Please BYOB: Bring your favourite drinks 🥂.

Enjoy live country and rock music from your favourite DUO JC Suede starting at 6-6:30pm. We will be also having a 50/50 draw.
-== Comfort & Safety ==-
We will be providing condoms and barriers, so feel free to grab what you need. We’ll also have towels, pads, wipes, and extra sheets available to ensure everyone stays comfortable and clean.
Please bring lawn chairs to sit.

$60 per person for tickets. Please have your payment in by May 20 to confirm your spot, after this date spots will go to people on the waitlist.
We have limited spots available, so sign up soon! These parties usually fill up quickly.
E-Transfer Details are available once you have been marked as going.
No refunds on tickets, but you can transfer them to someone else if needed. Just let us know.

The Workshop and Sex Room are designated play areas, with beds set up in the Workshop for a little extra fun.
The main house will NOT be available for play, so please respect this boundary.
-== Swim Spa & Hot Tub ==-
Feel free to relax in the Swim Spa or Hot Tub. Don’t forget to bring your towels!
No sex in the swim spa and hot tub please.

- Respect each other’s boundaries—"No means No".
- Keep things drama-free and respectful.
- Nudity will be allowed at the back of our property, just not in the front yard. Please respect our neighbours.
- Please clean up after yourselves so everyone can enjoy the evening to the fullest.
- Violation of house rules will result in being asked to leave, so let's make sure everyone has a fun and respectful time.
